Right now, if we sit back and think about it, we do have a lot to be grateful for, so I wanted to share some thoughts around a sense of gratitude which leads to positive wellbeing.
Yes, we are being tested in this time of COVID19, but if we reflect on what we have learnt even in this last month or two, we have loads to be grateful for.
Let’s consider: Our comfortable homes, wonderful fresh produce in our stores, staying healthy, connection with loved ones (and re-connection in many cases), freedom to go out into our beautiful environment and nature, and the modern conveniences of modern technology and medicine that keeps us connected, well informed and safe. Not a lot wrong with that picture!
Ultimately, we are all on a journey and this is just a speed bump on the road of life!
It’s a moving landscape that is constantly changing, so let’s embrace this change and make the most of every experience that comes our way, and above all let’s practise the value of gratitude by reflecting daily on 3 precious things we can be grateful for in each day!
